Sunday Funday in San Francisco

My husband and I love taking day trips here, especially since we’re only a little over an hour away.  We usually try to visit this Bay Area city at least once a month, if not more - it can get pretty expensive REALLY QUICK just on food and gas expenses alone, not to mention if there’s some retail therapy involved. Lol.

With the days slowly getting longer, and the weather getting a bit warmer, we wanted to get out for the day to stretch our legs, explore the city, and eat some really good food.

We usually start in Chinatown, which is where we like to park the car.  However, we decided to start somewhere completely different today. We stopped by Stow Lake and the boathouse. Although the sun was out, it was a bit chilly by the water when a breeze would kick up but since I was wearing my Lulu’s Eugenie sweater with my trusty black jeans from Garage, I didn’t really feel it too much. I also wore my Lack of Color hat to keep my head warm.

After the lake, we made our way into the city and walked around some of the smaller areas just outside of Golden Gate Park. We stopped at Andronico’s Market for some quick snacks and drinks as we roamed around town.

As the sun finally dropped below the buildings around 5:00PM, we headed out to Emeryville for dinner at the Public Market.

Overall, a really great day in San Francisco.
